Customer Support
One of the first things new breeders learn when they purchase Alpacas is that who you buy from is as important as what you buy. While most of the alpaca breeders are genuinely nice and honest people, and in many ways, you can't go wrong, getting that extra level of professional support and advice can be critical to the new breeder.
The joint co-operation between SACOYO ALPACAS Pty. Ltd. in Paarl, Novello Alpaca Farm near Montagu and Manor House Alpacas near Paarl works for the mutual benefit of the young Alpaca industry in South Africa. Each of the partners contributes his strength and enthusiasm.
The price of an individual Alpaca is affected by the colour, density, uniformity, and fineness of the fleece as well as the conformation, age, and sex of the animal. Females sell for more money on average than males, but herd sire quality males command the highest individual prices. Breeders often prefer one alpaca colour over another one, with the rarest colours demanding the highest prices. However, the parents’ colour does not necessarily guarantee a cria of the same colour. Quintessence Alpacas are chosen for their tremendous density of fibre. The fibre runs from the tip of their ears to the top of the toes. The fleece has more character with consistent colour throughout. All of our animals are heavily boned and have straight legs with an upright stance. Their faces are beautiful, with huge eyes, perfect conformation and bite. The statistics from Yocum-McColl (fibre testing laboratory in USA) prove we have outstanding animals for sale.
We are focused on providing you exceptional value. Your satisfaction is our top concern. To ensure that you are happy with your purchase, we make the following guarantees in general, and based on each buyer's unique circumstances, we will do everything we can to provide full support.
